What sort of services do you provide?
Ageless Placements provides an individualized plan of specific requests and personal attention based on our client's needs including: shopping for and preparing hot, nutritious meals; escorted transportation to appointments; organizing bills and other correspondence, one on one companionship, and personal care when needed.

Is a Contract required?
We accept clients under a contracted or non-contracted basis. You simply call us to set up a schedule that works for you. We charge an hourly rate and support our clients and families by keeping a simplified fee schedule.


Do you have nurses on staff?
Yes, Ageless Placements provides personal care services and medical management services.

How do we get started?
We offer a free telephone evaluation to determine what your specific needs are.  Call our office to quickly get help.

Who will come to my house?
Our
"Ageless Angels" are active caregivers, licensed CNA's, HHA's, RN's and LPN's, who enjoy working with and helping others. All of our caregivers are highly experienced and have a Level 2 Security-Screening as required by the State.  We only select the best "Ageless Angels"!

Who do I call if I have any issues?
You may contact the office at 727-797-8580. We like to stay in frequent contact with our clients and client’s family to ensure client satisfaction; making sure that each of their personalized needs are being met.

In what areas are your services available?
Our company covers Pinellas and Pasco Counties.

How much does the service cost?
We bill on an hourly basis most of the time. The hours required to properly care for your loved one will be determined after an initial evaluation and reviewed on an ongoing basis. Fees can differ due to the amount of services needed and are explained in advance to administering a plan of care.  

What is the process for getting started?
Ageless Placements stands out as a company willing to go the distance. One difference is found in our client set up process. In very little time, we're able to assess and understand you or your loved one's unique situation and recommend a customized plan of care. Help can be arranged in a very timely manner.

  1. The Initial Call and Assessment - From the moment you call our local Ageless Placements office, we become your partner in care. On the initial call, we ask specific questions to form a basic needs assessment and suggestions for care.
  2. The Custom Care Plan - With Ageless Placements, you will always know what services are being provided. After our initial assessment, we develop a Custom Care Plan. This plan is tailored with our client's specific needs. We make detailed recommendations on exactly what kind of services are needed. One phone call gets help on the way promptly.
  3. Caregiver Matching - Once we agree on a Custom Care Plan, we begin our search for the most appropriate caregiver. Our system of matching caregivers to clients takes numerous factors into consideration: services needed, client preferences, and the personality types of both client and caregiver. By looking at the whole situation, we're better able to provide you with the best caregiver possible. We work with many caregivers to give our clients the best possible match.
  4. Care Supervision - Our caregivers document the care they provide. Those notes are kept at our office and are available for review at any time. Our billing system also provides a description of services and care.
